InterTalk™ WIC combines Enhanced 911 call taking and radio dispatch operations into one station, making it simpler for dispatchers to process critical commands during an emergency. Operators can view 911 ALI details, open/edit an occurrence ticket, and dispatch a vehicle – all from one workstation. In addition, E911 calls can be forwarded to another agency by the push of a button, ensuring cooperation between emergency respondents is clear and efficient.

InterTalk ensures that each dispatcher’s comfort and ease of use is kept in mind by utilizing familiar Windows-based interfaces. Each dispatcher can customize the screen layout of their own workstation, allowing them to better control their access to information and maximize call-taking efficiency.
