Pantel is using the TC Series platform to develop the InterTalk ADV ( Advanced Digital Voter) and controller that will be easily tailored to fit nearly any communications network with the option of both Ethernet or traditional wireline connectivity. The ADV can be used to select the best quality audio from a group of receivers. The recovered audio can be processed, sent on to the console system and/or returned to a site or multiple sites automatically.

Using leading edge DSP algorithms, and ultra-powerful processors, the InterTalk™ ADV can be used to implement various advanced system architectures. The voter includes transmitter steering capability to return received audio to individual transmitters dependent on which receiver votes. Other transmitter steering mechanisms are also supported.

The InterTalk™ ADV’s voting technology can be extended to digital voice applications including P25, where the advanced DSP capabilities provide synergistic performance enhancements that match perfectly with the latest VoIP technology.
